We’re pleased to introduce the Bromley Sports Club Members’ Portal, bringing together everything you need at the Club in one secure, easy-to-use system.

The portal replaces our previous booking system and is designed to make everyday tasks simpler — from booking courts and coaching to managing payments and staying up to date with club activities. You can access it anytime from your computer, tablet or mobile.

We appreciate that switching to a new system can take a little getting used to. This page is here to help you understand what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and how to get started.

What’s changing – and what’s staying the same

What you need to know

We’ve introduced a new Members’ Portal to make bookings, payments and account management simpler and more consistent across the Club. While the system behind the scenes has changed, the way you use the Club day to day will feel familiar.

Here’s a quick summary of what’s different, and what isn’t.

Court bookings

Book tennis and squash courts through the Members’ Portal, with the same booking windows and access rules as before. Phone and in-person support remain available where needed.

Membership and account details

View upcoming and past bookings, check invoices, update personal details and manage your preferences directly within your account.

Payments and Virtual Wallet

Payments are now taken at the time of booking. Your account balance is held in a Virtual Wallet, which can be topped up and used for future bookings, coaching, camps and events.

Coaching, events and competitions

Sign up for adult and junior coaching, holiday camps, box leagues, club tournaments and social events — all from one place.

Refunds and cancellations

If a session is cancelled or refunded, any credit is returned directly to your Virtual Wallet, ready to use next time you book.

Padel bookings

Padel bookings continue to be managed separately via MatchPoint and are not affected by this change.
