Over the coming weeks, the Club Office will be moving our club management system from Clubsys to ServeSport.
This is mainly a behind-the-scenes change, but it’s an important one. The system supports things like memberships, subscriptions, coaching payments and court bookings for tennis and squash, so moving to a more modern platform will help things run more smoothly in the long term.
ServeSport is already used by a number of local clubs, including Park Langley, Sundridge Park and Purley, and the switch is scheduled to go live towards the end of January.
What does this mean for you?
For most members, very little will change day-to-day. However, there may be some small differences in how you book courts or manage payments once the new system is live.
You should already have received an email from the club with information about how direct debits will work under the new system. We’ll continue to share updates as we get closer to launch and will clearly highlight anything that affects members.
Member training sessions
To make the transition as easy as possible, we’ll be running a series of informal member training sessions for anyone who would like a walkthrough of the new system.
These sessions will cover:
-
Booking courts
-
Using virtual wallets
-
Any other questions you have about the new system
Details will be shared shortly. We’ll also continue running sessions after launch for as long as members find them helpful.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to get in touch with the Club Office.
