Code of conduct

June 2022 to present
Bromley Sports Club is committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment for every member, visitor, and member of staff.

We operate a zero tolerance policy towards swearing, arguing, goading, drunkenness, or any other unacceptable behaviour towards other members, visitors, or staff. All members are expected to treat everyone at the club with courtesy and respect.

If you witness or experience unacceptable behaviour, please report it as soon as possible to the Manager, the office, or, if appropriate, the bar manager.

Our staff are authorised to refuse service to any member behaving unacceptably and to ask them to leave the premises. Reported incidents will be investigated, and the Board may take action against the member(s) concerned — from a verbal or written warning to suspension or cancellation of membership, at the Board's discretion. Where suspension is considered necessary, the Board may invoke the club's disciplinary policy, which could ultimately result in termination of membership.

Maintaining these standards allows every member to enjoy the club, and our staff to carry out their roles in a safe and friendly environment.
